Who Can Use the Service?

Meals on Wheels is funded under the HACC (Home and Community Care) program and aims to assist the elderly, people with a disability and carers who require support to provide a meal for themselves.

Our aim is to enable people to remain in their own home by providing a meal service that helps maintain independence and our friendly volunteers help decrease feelings of social isolation and monitor the health and wellbeing of recipients.

If you would like to receive meals on wheels please contact the Cooperative (4422 5111). Alternatively, a family member friend, doctor or another community service can refer on your behalf.
